This Privacy Policy explains how Eazzy App PTY LTD (hereinafter, "we") processes the personal data of those who use Tralo (tralo.pro). As an Australian company, we process your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and, with respect to users of the European Economic Area (EEA), also in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Data we process
- Translator data: name, username, email address and password (always stored encrypted using hash functions, never in plain text).
- Client data: email address and the information they provide when requesting a quote.
- Documents and content: the files uploaded to be translated and the descriptions of the jobs. These documents may contain personal data of third parties under the responsibility of whoever provides them.
- Usage and technical data: activity logs, IP address, browser and device data, and session identifiers necessary for operation.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (management of accounts, requests, quotes, deliveries and sending of email notifications). Basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
- Access through single-use magic links. Basis: performance of the contract and your express request.
- Security and fraud prevention, as well as improvement and maintenance of the Platform. Basis: legitimate interest.
- Compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Basis: legal obligation.
- Communications that require consent, where requested. Basis: consent, revocable at any time.
4. Retention periods
We retain the data while the account is active or while necessary to provide the service, and thereafter for the periods legally required to address possible liabilities. When they are no longer necessary, they are securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell your data. To provide the service we rely on providers that act as data processors under contract, including:
- Providers of server and database hosting and infrastructure.
- Email sending (SMTP) providers for notifications and magic links.
- S3-compatible file storage providers (for example, cloud object storage) to store the documents.
We may also disclose data to the competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
6. International transfers
We are a company established in Australia and some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including Australia. When we transfer data of EEA users outside of it, we ensure that the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR are in place (for example, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights by writing to info@tralo.pro:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction of processing.
- Objection to processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdraw the consent given, without retroactive effects.
The available rights and their scope depend on the regulations applicable to you (Privacy Act 1988 in Australia or GDPR in the EEA). If you believe that we have not properly addressed your rights, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC, www.oaic.gov.au). If you are in the EEA, you can also complain to the supervisory authority in your country (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, such as password encryption, access to documents through temporary signed links and role-based access control. However, no system is completely infallible and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Minors
The Platform is not directed at minors. If we detect that we have collected data from a minor without the appropriate authorization, we will delete it.
